This past week was amazing!!
Henrys last day of radiation was on Wednesday and it was joyous! I wish I could post a video here of when he rang The Peter Bell. We had around 12 family and friends there to support him as he rang the bell. It was awesome!!
Friday was is 12th birthday and we had a blow out pool party with a dozen friends. So much fun!!
Next steps:
Henry continues to work through his vision issues. There is some concern that his peripheral vision loss may be permanent. We have more tests scheduled in the next few weeks to learn more. He’ll continue vision therapy weekly until April, 2025.
As far as cancer:
He’ll have an MRI on June 19 then every three months for the first year.
Specific prayers:
Pray for his everyone return.
He’s still super fatigued. Docs say it will take weeks for him to get back to normal energy levels.
Pray that the cancer doesn’t return. The doctors are optimistic.
Pray for rest for our family.
We’re all exhausted.
