Journal entry by Mackenzie Krohn —
On Sunday November 4th Hailey was discharged from the hospital. It was an exciting/scared/overwhelming feeling bringing her home. She has been doing good getting use to her new home, and not having her amazing nurses there. We want to say a big thank you to all the amazing doctors and nurses at the University of Minnesota Masonic Hospital. Also thank you to all of our family and friend for all the support.
Hailey has been home a week now and she is doing great. We talk on the phone with the oxygen people and have a plan set in motion to wien her oxygen.
We have alot of doctor appointments still in the cities seems like we are still going there at least once a week. As of Tuesday's doctors she weighed 8 lbs 3 oz!!
