This week is our last week of radiation treatments. It has been very hard on us everyday.Greg sleeps a lot and does not have much of an appetite. We will see medical Oncologist on Thursday and she is probably going to start him on a new drug called Avastin. It is not chemo but some sort of immune therapy, where it will attack the cancer cells and not the good cells. He is stable for now, we won't have another MRI until 4 weeks after treatment stops, standard protocol because radiation to the brain causing irritation and swelling and continues to work for a little while after treatment stops.I want people to know that not every Glioblastoma is the same. What works for one may not work for the other, Glioblastomas all have different mutations and are not the same in each individual. believe ME I HAVE ASKED ALL THE QUESTIONS AND GOT ANSWERS FROM THE DOCTOR OF WHY WE CAN NOT DO CERTAIN THINGS. SO PLEASE CONTINUED PRAYERS AN GOD BLESS YOU!!
