Some people never meet their hero - I gave birth to mine...

Born 14 years apart, Gracey and Gabby have stolen the hearts of all who know them. To know them is to love them. This is the story of two precious girls who will inspire, motivate, and encourage you to live life to the fullest through their own journey and fight against cystic fibrosis.

Journal entry by Jennifer Meacham

It has been a busy couple of days and I’ve failed to post. Gabby is home!  She was sent home Thursday morning and has been enjoying as much of Christmas as she can since arriving home. Tonight she decorated Santa’s cookies and may have enjoyed one or two for herself. 😉 She still has a yucky cough that hasn’t completely resolved, which is a little bothersome as that is usually cleared when we come home. Her liver numbers are also elevated. We ask that you continue to pray with us that both will resolve.
We are looking forward to Christmas and being with family. We pray you are able to do the same. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to each of you! Thank you for all of the messages and continued prayers. We are blessed.
