Just days before my birthday last year, I received my breast cancer diagnosis. It's been a wild ride and it has forever changed how I move, lean, and view this world.
My mammogram and MRI from earlier this year came back and ecstatic to share that I am CANCER-FREE!!! I celebrated by taking time to reflect in silence and book some celebratory trips that I had postponed last year.
I am blessed to celebrate my birthday this year a lot lighter with a clearer mind, and the capacity to pour love back into those near and far.
