Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place.
On October 7, 2019, Glenda was officially diagnosed with Metastatic Urothelial Carcinoma. Tumors were found in her left kidney and adrenal gland, with a tumor in her right lung, and many very small nodules in both of her lungs. This diagnosis was confirmed after a biopsy on her right lung. Further DNA testing is being done to find out the exact strain. Glenda will have a chemo Port put in this Thursday and begin her chemotherapy regimen on Monday, October 14. We welcome all prayers for our beautiful mother and our family during this trying time. Please leave her a message of positivity and love to help her get through this. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.
