Siva has been training again. Whilst she still needs to wear a neck brace, Siva has started a training program again.
‘I’m just using the static bike this whole week. I was just doing 15mins non stop with resistance. And keeping the RPM to a certain level.
Then I do lower leg exercises with support (holding a chair). Single leg squat, exercises with ankle weight, and lunges.’

Siva is eating better now and has her next neck scan on the 3rd of August.
