Dear kurt, I was moved by the story of your dear mother's life. She obviously left you a legacy of joy an an appreciation of life that is such a treasure. It's a legacy that can't be taken from you, but can be shared with all you meet.

Gerry was such a remarkable person…always positive, interested, interesting, looking beautiful, drawing the best out of everyone. She spread joy wherever she went, and had the ability to make you think you were the most important person in her world.

We are saddened by the loss of Gerry whom we only met very recently by email through her son, Kurt. We knew that Gerry was one of the rare personalities whose acquaintance would have been an exceptional privilege.
