G-Team!

A happy postscript to G's post-treatment goings-on that we wanted to share with you all...Georgia was chosen to be the guest speaker at this year's Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's fundraiser, held at Sherwood Country Club last week...Since being the Honored Hero for last year's campaign, G has stayed connected to LLS, attending meetings and encouraging the student fundraisers to dig deep and bring out the best in their fundraising efforts. And they wound up raising a record-breaking $780,000 just in our region, north of LA...!!

Here is a video of her speech, as she shares her experiences with leukemia, as well as what the LLS community has meant to her along the way...we are so happy to see her thriving in this post-treatment phase (she also attended Coachella 2 weeks ago with friends!), and we couldn't be more proud of how she's using her experience to help others afflicted with blood cancers...We hope you enjoy her speech!
