Poppa has been home for about 12 hours now. He had a good night, with no restlessness. He knows he's out of the facility but still a little confused in where he is (since he's never been to my new house). He still recognizes us as well. Home health will be coming out again today. My door is open to anyone wanting to come see him, just get ahold of me or Rhonda and we'll give you the address. He is transitional, which means we have limited time left, but it's not imminent at the moment. I'll keep posting updates here. Just keep praying for a smooth and pain free transition.
