Gary begins his cancer treatment Monday. It will consist of oral chemotherapy coinciding with a series of radiation treatments that will last several weeks. He will then get a prognosis at the end of that round of treatment. He is in sound spirits though his post-surgical memory issues persist. Again, he and Robyn and AJ really appreciate all the love, support and food (the big bottom freezer in the kitchen is stocked full, thank you). The caregiving situation has stabilized around Kara and she has been a godsend when it comes to organizing Robyn and Gary's medications and getting both of them to their various appointments.
