I believe that current donations through any of the links simply support the website and do not directly support any of Dad's care, so I don't want anyone to make a donation with that intent and have it go to the wrong place. Spoke to: Palliative Care nurse practitioner, Anne
Overall asked a lot of questions about Gary's current pain level and discussed his meds and how they were currently working for him.

Spoke to: Social worker, Denise
She will be showing up to visit with us when he has to be at Regions for his appts.

Spent 1 hour in a chemo class. Got a good overview of the meds that will be used and the process. Gary will be having a chemo port surgically implanted in one spot of his chest.

Gary will be having his first chemo therapy treatment next Friday, August 10th.
