When you've had the kind of summer Dad has, the best birthday present is having another birthday. However, there is a present which is pretty special, and that is going home. 

Dad will leave The Center on Saturday, August 17th, and continue his recovery at home. He did a home visit with an OT from The Center a week ago, and everything went very well. Dad will receive home health care services for a while during the transition.

Prayer Requests:
-for the pain to continue to subside (He still has bouts of back pain, but it is slowly getting better.)
-for the transition to be free of anxiety and worry 
-for his nutrition to remain steady
-for Dad to be mobile at home and do what he needs to do to regain a higher level of independence
-for wisdom for his new home health care providers
