My father and I are so sad to report that my mom has passed this morning. Dad was with her to the end. While we are incredibly sad and heartbroken, we are also comforted knowing that she is now pain free and at peace. 

It's crazy that she went from talking and joking last Sunday to being gone today. 

Thank you to everyone who has sent messages, calls, texts, and visited. It means so much. My mother was so loved and will be greatly missed.

We will keep everyone posted on plans for a Celebration of Life ceremony in November or December where I hope we can all come together to tell fun Fran stories. My mom was an endlessly positive person and she would want us all to keep having fun and making the most of our lives. So in her honor please go out and do something that makes you happy.
