Hi Everyone,

Well, it took me a while to put my words and thoughts onto the website.  Caitlyn did such a great job keeping everyone updated on Faith's journey.  I can't say enough about the support that everyone has given to my family, especially to Faith.  The amount of love and support that we received is extremely humbling.  People who know us, know that we are not a family to accept help easily, especially financially.  Support came in many way; dinners, gift cards,  financial support, donating time with Faith, or even just a text to see how we are doing.  As Faith has always said," People are good".  I can honestly say that she is 100% correct.  

As you all know, Faith and I just fit.  I could tame her OCD tendencies and she could control my idiocy.  We just had an easy time getting along and like I said at the repass, " She was so easy to love".  I think about her every minute, of every day, and wish that I could hear her call me Der or Honey just one more time.  I will love her forever and hopefully with time,  I will overcome the grief of her passing.  They say time heals all wounds.  This one may take some extra time to heal.  She was the greatest, most loving, and kindest person I knew.  My children lost the best Mom in the world.  As I watch how the kids are handling her passing, I must say that Faith did a great job raising them.  As we wish that this was a dream, when reality hits, we always have family and friends to help us through it. I can not say THANK YOU  enough.  It makes my heart a little softer knowing there are people in the world who have the same unconditional love for Faith as I did.  I would have given anything to help her win the battle.  She was a trooper and a fighter.  I hope my children pick up her fighting spirit.  Once again, thank you from the bottom of my heart!

And Faith, " I will always love you to the moon and back".  Until we meet again...

My family and I would like to thank everyone for their support at the wake, funeral, and the repass.  It was so nice to see the amount of people who came out to show their respect for Faith.  It's a testament to who she was and how she lived her life.  She always saw the good in people and always looked at the glass as half full.  It has definitely made an impact on how I will live my life moving forward.  Our family can't thank everyone enough for their unwavering support and love over the past 20 months.  My hope is to be able to pay it forward to all of the people who supported us.  If I can ever help you, in any way, please reach out.
