Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. In November Evelyn suffered what we thought was yet another pneumonia diagnosis. After a biopsy it was confirmed she has small cell lung cancer in both lungs. While this is a very aggressive fast growing type of cancer it also responds well to current treatments of radiation and chemotherapy.  Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers.

Evelyn has had a couple of set backs postponing her chemotherapy treatments. She had a mild heart attack last week was in the hospital for several days home for a few days now she has a slight case of pneumonia. We hope  she will be feeling strong enough to move forward with treatments in a few days. Please Keep her in your thoughts and prayers!
