Evan moved from inpatient rehab at Courage Kenny in Golden Valley to a community assisted living site in Eden Prairie on April 25. He is happy to be out of the inpatient setting! He has started outpatient rehab at Courage Kenny and is just meeting his new therapy team in the coming weeks. We continue to work to get home modifications moving-still waiting. The nice weather really helps!
