This week Ethan has made huge progress! After passing his swallow test, he has been able to eat a puréed diet. Hospital puréed food wasn’t super appealing, so mom came to the rescue with some squeeze pouches. He ate TWO of them today!
He’s been practicing sitting, standing, and walking with a harness. He’s initiating his own steps and working hard.
We had a visit from Gigi and Pop, and Ethan was able to hand objects to each of us when he therapist asked him to (“Give this one to Gigi”, etc.) He can also correctly identify pictures of objects, actions, words, and friends and family.
