Dad came home yesterday. The surgery could not have gone better. Hospital staff were impressed with how well his recovery went. They called him a rock star! He looks and feels good and has minimal pain. He has settled in and appears happy to be home. He will be on a liquid diet for 2 weeks and has several follow up appointments. We are awaiting the results of the pathology reports to know the next phase of treatment. We hope they come back clear with no need for radiation or chemotherapy. Thanks for the prayers.
