As many of you already are aware, after suffering a migraine for over a week Emy ended up in the hospital diagnosed with two aneurysms. A few days later, during surgery to correct the aneurysms the surgeons discovered she also had an arterial dissection in her neck. A few days into her recovery she then suffered a stroke that resulted in another exploratory surgery where several blood clots were discovered.
The doctors are treating all of this with pain management and blood thinners. Two weeks in the hospital and she is finally home as of Tuesday, July 30!
