A Breeze Beneath the Trees:

My hope for the afterlife is not to sing in some holy choir.

I could never carry a tune anyway.

The most truth I have ever found in life,

Is feeling my jacket buffeted by the wind

On a walk, or looking at the stars under the tree with my dog,

Or standing and laughing in the rain.

My wish is to become an ever flowing, ever traveling, possibly conscious breeze beneath a tree.

Where you can go to be uplifted, comforted, inspired.
