Mom is out of the hospital! 🙌 

Yesterday she left the Cleveland Clinic and is now at Avon Oaks Caring Community in Avon, Ohio. It's great because she's only 10 minutes from home and in a MUCH more comfortable setting. She meets with an Occupational Therapist and a Physical Therapist every day and her recovery is going wonderfully after her open heart surgery.

Personally, I love the facility for her. She's able to have her 3 meals a day in the dining room with other residents (she can also have guests join her), there are daily activities so she gets to socialize, she meets with the social worker who can help her find a permanent Independent Living Community, and she can get outside for a while. There's also a daycare here, so she can relive her teaching years and spend some time with the kiddos.
