Sorry-this post is going to be long. It took us a couple days to have energy to get this started. 

Elsie was admitted to Children's Hospital of Minneapolis on November 29th where she was diagnosed with bilateral  Pnemonia. The following morning she was also diagnosed with a Staph infection (MSSA) in her bloodstream and went into septic shock, so she was taken to the PICU. She was sedated and put on a ventilator to help fight the infection and regulate her vitals.
