Hey everyone, at about 7:45 pm tonight Dad went home to heaven. There were some rough moments for him but in the end I was able to lie in the bed beside him, hold his hand and read the first 12 chapters of Psalms and then I paused to pray for him that the Lord would give help him to not be afraid and that the Lord would come take his hand and receive Dad into His presence. Dad literally died while I was praying that prayer.  I feel so at peace and grateful to the Lord for his mercy.  

My brother and I have lots of decisions to make for my Mom.  Please pray for wisdom and God's continued peace.
