Dear All-– another week has gone by with continuing  progress.  I had an office appointment today with the nurse practitioner.  A new x-ray and blood work showed everything is doing well. Barbara and I enjoyed a late lunch at First Watch. I am up to walking a mile now in my daily workout. The terrific weather has had a positive effect as well.
