Earl’s Story

Site created on November 20, 2022

Earl Heifort was diagnosed with Angiosarcoma, rare cancer in November 2018. Earl endured radiation, chemotherapy, and surgery up until December 2021 when the chemotherapy was no longer working.  In January 2022 started hospice at home to help provide comfort care.  We have been able to enjoy many days this year and every day has been a blessing with its ups and downs.   Please continue to keep Earl, Dianne, and the entire family in your prayers and thoughts.

Journal entry by Kathy Heifort VanWechel

Our family was blessed and honored with so many family and friends being able to join us at the visitation  and funeral of Earl.

We appreciate all of your kind words, hugs, food being drop off, beautiful flowers, cards & memorials. We continue to treasure all the support during this difficult time as we mourn a husband, dad, grandpa, great grandpa, brother, uncle, cousin and friend.

Thank you for sharing your memories and may his warm smile, love of family and friends continue to be a remembered.

We hope you all have a blessed Christmas season! Hug those you love.
