Surgery went extremely well! He had no complications and they were able to remove the ENTIRE TUMOR!! So far,  everything's gone as planned! 

We are in the PICU now since he is hooked up to multiple IVs and tubes. He has pretty much been sleeping since surgery which is good so he can give his body time to focus on healing.
