Dad is going home tomorrow!!!
The last couple days have been days of tests for our dad. He has passed all the tests and will be discharged tomorrow morning.
He will be going home with a couple different kinds of oxygen tanks. One is rechargeable so he can carry it with him when he leaves home for short periods of time. The other one is the typical silver oxygen tank.
He will continue with his therapy to continue strengthening his lungs. He will also follow up with a pulmonologist to check on his fibrosis.
Dad has come a long way in just a couple weeks. He has worked so hard and will have more work to do at home to ensure he continues down a healthy path.
We appreciate all of the thoughts and prayers and kind messages we have received from everyone. It is nice to know Dad has so much support.
