This is an update from our visit to Vanderbilt yesterday....... Never say never!!  I have always said that if I had to face cancer I would not take chemo. Well guess what. I have agreed to take chemo. I will start in about 2 weeks and take 2 treatments a month for maybe 6 months. Dr Ciombor encouraged this treatment and after hearing the pros and cons it was a decision the four of us agreed on. Your prayers will be appreciated during this time. I feel optimistic and very much at peace with this decision
