On Thursday she had a biliary stent put in, the procedure was long and painful, but Donna is a warrior. The stent has helped relieve the stomach pain and itching. On Friday her port went in.  On Saturday night Donna got to go home from the hospital, she was able to hug her girls, sleep in her own bed, and eat a little bit.  Today she will meet with her team of oncologists to come up with best plan for chemo.  Donna wants everyone to know she overwhelmed and humbled by all the messages of love and support.  If she has not responded directly to you, she is sorry, she has been inundated with messages and will try to get back to each and every one of you.  Also please keep them coming, all the words of encouragement and support will be a important part of keeping her spirits up.
