Well I can't believe my failure in keeping this journal updated.  Sorry to anyone who has been wondering Don's status.  After a month at home Don's numbers were continuing to improve and he was able to return to work on February 21. His immune system is still weak, but he is growing stronger by the day.  He goes to Physical Therapy several times a week which is helping him regain some of his muscle after loosing 38 pounds over the last couple of months .  We won't know for a while how successful the stem cell transplant was, but even if it was a success he will be on some form of chemo long term.  He is so glad to be back at work and starting to feel normal again.  We appreciates all the love, support and prayer warriors out there lifting him up.  It has been a long journey but we finally feel like we are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Continued prayers for ongoing back issues are much appreciated.  That is where most of his pain and fatigue is concentrated.
