Hair update:!! My eye lashes and eyebrows are very back. I’m back to shaving every few days and I got the hair on my head to start swooping over to the rt a bit. This may be a thing that only I see. When this whole process started I didnt really realize or feel that losing my hair would be that big of a deal. Aesthetically it wasnt and hasnt been a concern.  However, turns out being hairless makes you feel all sorts of vulnerable.  To the sun, the wind, just randomness... it heightens your senses and affects how the world feels to you. It really is harsher.  Also, the sleep...   wow. Im just so glad to not be waking up from a cold head in the middle of the night. I do think I was just starting to get use to it,  but in any case.  It feels like a real marker to feeling more like myself again.

In other news I also feel like all the chemicals and radiation is out of my body. I don’t have any clue how real that is, but it feels real. It feels like I have my body back. Ive been working out a couple times a week now for the past 3 weeks and it seems I am getting my strength back.  I am back to lifting within just 5-10lbs of my usual weights.  I do not have the cardio back and have zero endurance tho.  So, while I can lift the same weights I cant do very many reps/sets.

I guess its time to start in on the jogging...
