Inspired by my good friend, Leeann Rajtar (my wonderful daughter-in-law's mom), I decided to create a CaringBridge website.  Last September, I was diagnosed with Epetheliod (sp) Sarcoma, resulting in the surgeons at the U removing 3 tumors from my left leg.  I spent over 70 days in rehab, but, with the help of in-home therapists, I can now walk short distances with my walker.  Two of the holes from my surgeries have been filled - one with a skin flap, the other with a skin graft.  The third hole is scheduled to be filled sometime in September.  I go in for a second CT scan tomorrow (Thursday), and then Gail and I meet with the surgeon next Tuesday.  Hopefully, then he'll set a date for my third (and hopefully FINAL surgery).  We'll update as time goes on.
