Attached is a link to Dianne’s Go Fund Me page, as many family members & friends have asked how to help.  The funds received will go directly toward medical bills, travel for treatments, time off from work, and help cover any other needed expenses. Any donation is so appreciated. Prayers for healing, strength, guidance, and peace are so very welcome.

Dianne was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer on June 21, 2022. This diagnosis marks the third time her sweet family has received the news that this awful disease forced its way back into their lives. It is overwhelming. Dianne was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2017 and underwent surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation. She was given a clean bill of health in 2018. Her cancer returned in 2020. She again had extensive surgery and was in remission.

Dianne has been happily married to Matt for 18 years. They have a son, Will, who will be 15 at the end of June. Her family moved to
Indiana in November 2021 for Matt's new job and to be closer to family. Since this move, Matt's organization downsized, and his position was eliminated. Dianne started a new job two weeks before this recent diagnosis. Although being near family will be a blessing,
the changes in employment will represent stress and additional hardships. Dianne is strong and intends to work while receiving
treatment.

Chemotherapy treatment will begin on Thursday, June 30, in Indiana. However, as the cancer is advanced, Dianne will be traveling to MD Anderson in Houston for second opinions and possible treatments. Dianne has a survivor's attitude. She is fighting for the chance to see her son grow up, play with grandbabies, and grow old with her husband. She has a wonderfully supportive family; her strength comes from her faith, family, and friends.

Love to All,
Team Dianne

Newest Update

Journal entry by Matt Crawford

Quick updates.

Dianne’s latest PET scan still shows no continued cancer cell growth. However, recently she has been having allergic reactions to the treatment. It also seems like the treatment is taking a bigger toll on her energy levels. Hopefully with summer around the corner (70 here tomorrow) and the pool possibly opening in about 6 weeks - that will help bring spirits back.

No spring break plans for us but excited to see the eclipse on April 8th. We already have a house guest for the day.
