Welcome to Dianna's CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.  Two days ago, mom went to the ER with excruciating back pain.  After a sub-par workup, she was sent home with some pain meds and a diagnosis of compressed discs.  The next day the pain was so much worse, we had to call 911 and bring her back.  This time, a full blood panel led to a CT scan, which showed spots on her spine and one on her liver.  She was admitted around midnight after a long agonizing day.  The doctor confirmed it is cancer, but we don't know more than that yet.

Hi, All.  This will be my final post.  I want to thank everyone for their love and support of Dianna and our family.  She was laid to rest on  Monday, and I know she would have been proud of the turnout.  It made my heart swell with pride for her, and the impact she had on so many lives.  It was comforting for me to see her placed next to the love of her life, quite near other cherished family.  

Thank you, everyone.  From day 1 in July until now, you have been just wonderful.
