We have AWESOME news!
Devin is going home tomorrow!

Through grit and tenacity and hard work, he survived his illness, defied his coin-flip surgery survival odds, then fought back from a brain injury to reclaim his right arm and leg,  overcoming myriad deficits and challenges along the way. Now his care team is releasing him home, and will work with him as an outpatient.

When he began this journey there were no outcome guarantees. Indeed, it seemed that his future had become changed and unclear. Going back home wasn't a certainty.  But now he's back, doing great and has so much life to look forward to.  

Thank you for supporting Devin over this long, long month. Thank you for visiting, contributing, calling, praying, texting, listening, "liking", commenting, crying, and for all the many other ways you shared our hopes and burdens. He couldn't have done it without you.

Let's run this final mile of this ironman marathon with Devin!  Let's keep up the encouragement and support and make sure Devin continues to feel our love as he conquers this final leg of his journey toward full recovery!
