Good news x 2!!!                              #1  Derek had his procedure/surgery done on his airway.  They were able to decrease the 50+% of stenosis by 98% !!  Talk about a happy guy.   He was feeling so much better that he even went along to the Skyforce game with a few other patients and nurses from his floor last night!                           #2  Derek is being discharged tomorrow morning!!  Unbelievable. He is soo excited.  He will need one of us here at all times just to keep an eye on him and to make sure he is being careful and not trying to walk or bathe etc by himself quite yet. Thank God and for all of your prayers and visits along this journey.  He may not ever be 100% but we are all ok with that. He is alive and doing beyond awesome!     #69 days of a miracle.      Theresa
