Today is the day we have all been waiting for…. DAD IS DISCHARGED FROM REHAB!!! 🙌🏼 We were able to get him out of the rehab center around 11:30 this morning. We will be staying at the Transplant House of Cleveland (within blocks of the clinic) for a while until he receives clearance to go back home. He has several appointments on Monday with the last being with his pulmonologist/transplant team. Until then, we will have assistance from home health and PT visits. We are so very thankful to have him out of the hospital and on his way to coming home. ❤️
