Dennis' Celebration of Life will be this Sunday, September 23, starting at 4pm at the Great Hall of the Bakken Museum — 3537 Zenith Ave. S., Minneapolis, MN   55416. 

My dad was an unconventional man, and so this won't be your usual funeral. There will be no sermon, no hymns, no casket. Instead, we'll have a few remarks around 4:15, and then an open house style event with light refreshments and drinks, Since Dennis was a teacher, there might even be a pop quiz! 

Come for a few minutes or longer; we'll be there until 6pm. Most of all, we want to get a chance to see you, for people who knew and loved Dennis to get to see each other, and for you all to understand why he loved the Bakken.
