Radiation Round #3 is today at 11am cst :) Thankfully round 2 was much like round 1 & besides fatigue the side effects were pretty bearable. I remain so thankful for all of your love, support & prayers that have lifted me up & gotten me this far. Y’all are the best!

This Friday (May 22) I have an appointment with Dr Santoiemma (infectious disease dr from Northwestern in Chicago via phone) who was the doctor that figured out what antibiotics to treat my brain infection. Coming up on the 6 month mark from surgery & he wants to be sure things continue to heal well especially since we stopped antibiotics. 

The Tulips in Chicago were in full bloom last week so I took sometime before heading back to the parking garage to walk around and admire God’s beautiful handiwork. It’s been quite rainy here in Illinois. Today it’s pretty grey outside so I thought I’d share the loveliness for you to enjoy 😍
