Journal entry by Danielle Clymer —
Happy Valentine's Day! Denise finished her second treatment yesterday and is doing well. She is now able to do her treatments outpatient, so after her treatment she can go home, be with family and get a good night's rest.
Thank you for the outpouring of support for Denise and family. So many people have signed up to bring a meal, donated funds for take-out meals and necessities, and reached out with words of support. We are all so grateful! I'll keep everyone posted on Denise's progress after this second treatment, but I know she is going to do great.
Her next treatment will be in three weeks (on March 5th). Please keep her in your thoughts, as things may get a little harder from here. Doctors have warned us that as the treatments progress, they can get harder and harder on her body. Denise is so strong and is remaining positive, I'm hopeful she will continue to have few side effects.
We'll post more updates soon!
