Hi to my friends and family!   I hope this finds you well and enjoying the warm spring weather we’re having in Kansas City.

I am behind on my update and I apologize for that!! My most recent scan was about a week ago and it looked great. Praise the Lord!!

He continues to give me reassurance, comfort, and peace during this battle.  I have been blessed with seeing both my children graduate from college and start careers.  I was thrilled to be able to attend both of their weddings and have the chance to spend holidays with family far and near. I have been blessed to hold my first grandchild and spend great times with friends. Sean and I will celebrate 35 years of marriage in 2024!

This is all so wonderful because when I was first diagnosed, I was not sure if I would be around to see these milestones come to fruition.  All this is the most amazing gift I could ever imagine.

My next scan will be in September and I expect that it will be fine. I have had no signs of

of any disease lurking in my brain. Thank you for keeping me in your prayers. I have experienced miracles because you have interceded on my behalf, and I am forever grateful.

I ask that you please continue to ask God to heal me and keep on holding me up and hopeful. Pray that OPTUNE will continue to work and that both Sean and I will have added patience in dealing with all the hassles it brings. Please let me know how I can pray for you. I would be honored to do so!

*Aaron and Paden were married on November    7, 2023 in a small ceremony in Mexico. The  wedding was gorgeous and ton
  of fun. They bought a nice house in Lenexa KS (about 7 minutes from us) That’s a WIN!
