With heavy rejoicing hearts we want to inform you that Sheryl K Deaton has passed from this earth.  

Dad had not been responding to our attention for the past 24 hours.  At 10 pm on Friday his breathing had become very rapid and his pulse was weak.  Vita's (hospice) gave him medication help slow his breathing.  By Saturday afternoon his breathing had slowed and he was much more relaxed.   At 1:20 am Sun morning the hospice nurse woke us up and said Dad was making some changes.  His breathing was very slow and then he took his last.  It was a very peaceful.  That was the heavy part.

Here is the rejoicing part.

Dad got an invitation to heaven on Father's day.  Now that's a Father's day gift! That is the Promise that we have in Jesus.  And that is Dad's heart for each of you.  He wants to see you there.  

It has been a journey.  Our family would like to express our deepest appreciation for the love,  care, and prayer that you've blessed us with throughout our journey. 

Visitation will be at Lower Twin meeting house.  Wed June 23 2-5pm and 6-8pm.  Funeral at Lower Twin on Thursday June 24 at 10:00 am.
