It is Saturday!  When I got here DJ was sitting up in her chair eating!!  She wanted to go for walk.  Before they let her do that, they removed her chest tubes.  This offered a good deal of chest relief.  
She did run a bit of a temp yesterday.  It is down today.  Overall, she looks much better and seems to just be sore.  She did a lap around ICU like a champ.  She will continue her stay in SICU until Monday most likely.  
I have no doubt she will continue to hit her mile markers.  I will update as things progress!
