Thinking of you and Dawit always

I first met Dawit when he applied to Ag Leadership, not long after he came to the US. There was always something magical about him; his determination, sly wit, and….call it 'sparkle '. What a tragedy to have lost him.

I am so sad that Dawit is no longer with us. Dawit was a charismatic conservation leader and I greatly admired him. I am lucky to have worked with him. I offer my sincere condolences to Cori.

Caring Bridge is a lifeline. I am so grateful for it.

It is a shock to lose a friend that you truly respect. Cori you are in my prayers and I wish you all the best during this difficult time. David was an amazing man and I was privileged to share some time with him and gain from his wisdom.

Dear Cori, Thank you for your care of Dawit since his diagnosis. Your love and positive spirit were such gifts to him, as he and you are gifts to all of us. How lucky am I to know you both. Please know we are a phone call away. Much love, Sharon

Cori: It's several years since I last saw you and Dawit. However, among my fond memories of being at TNC was hearing Dawit's voice and seeing his smile. It's the little things one treasures. This is a heavy burden, and my thoughts are with you.

Dawit warmed my heart with his beautiful smile every time I saw him.
