Journal entry by Norma Winkel

Good Friday morning everyone!
Well after a busy last weekend - things are doing a little better.
Last weekend, we got home on Saturday, Sunday we were back in the ER with pain and nausea, after some testing they found David probably has a kidney stone.  So, pain meds and back home, Monday was an ok day still pain, but at 3 a.m. on Tuesday, off to the ER for pain meds, so they did a CT with Contrast and found the stone for sure and due to them getting part of his lung they found a very small blood clot in his Right lung.  SO, today we see his urologist, and his coumadin is all worked over for the clot and he has been doing pretty darn good besides a few times that stone tries to move!  Follow up next week with the surgeon and see if there will be a "stone" plan.  I pray that we will be finally headed down a better healthy path!
Again, THANK YOU for all your prayers, cards, visits etc.  We both appreciate them more than you know!!  Take are of yourself you never know when something like this happens or lately with some sad deaths, LIVE your lives and enjoy every moment!!
((Hugs))
