Good morning everyone. David had a pretty rough and tiring day yesterday. Was not in the mood to talk or anything and having dialysis just wiped him out which is all understandable. On the plus side, they took him off of the continuous dialysis and is hoping to stick to the three days a week. He has been producing so much urine and is able to urinate it out himself. He slept more last night then he has in awhile. Today he feels great, urinated 400 mL in one sitting! His liver, bilirubin and white blood count has been trending down and we are praying it stays that way. He is off of one of his blood pressure meds. They are retesting all cultures to make sure the infection is going away or if it is or isnt still there. He was told by one of the doctors that he is not going to be getting out of that bed soon unless he moves his body himself and it definitely motivated him to move his extremities.
