David’s surgery on Thursday was a long one, 10 hours. The Bladder was successfully removed without damage to the bowels. This is a really big deal since if damaged had occurred he would be dealing with 2 bags, not just one.
His hospital stay will be about a week and home recovery about 6-8 weeks.
Please pray that there’d be no infections or complications.
