Journal entry by Brenda Greene —
Good morning, everyone. Has been a busy week with doctor appointments in Orlando and Vero beach and PT’s. Dave’s lung scan was a vast improvement from July and August when his lungs looked white with spider webbing through out. His lungs have begun to clear but still major scarring. The doctors were amazed by his progress and reminded us that he is lucky to still be alive. Though his progress is remarkable, he remains on the transplant list. We were hoping that some of his multitude of drugs would be stopped but not yet and, in fact, they added one more drug to help prevent any more lung scarring. Dave wakes up every morning happy and grateful to be alive and for all of your prayers.
specials prayers from us to many of our friends back in Indiana who are suffering from Covid. 🙏🙏 stay strong and prayers do help.
Love you all... I pray some day I will gain use of my arm... a bit of a bump in the road. It is more like a flipper so now Dave has to help me a bit more... as if we don’t have enough to worry about. But Viva la Dave’s lung power!!! 👍👍
oh, and by the way, Sisterwives (you know who you are), Dave loves his TShirt....
