David’s Story

Site created on September 10, 2018

David Forehand was involved in a horrific accident early on Saturday morning while returning from Shreveport, La in his work vehicle. David was Air Lifted to UT Health Center (formerly ETMC) in Tyler, Texas where he is currently  in ICU, in stable condition. David crushed both of his legs, broke most of his ribs, his wrist, and has been in a medically induced coma since the accident occurred.
David is surrounded by his family and they anticipate that he will  slowly be brought out of his coma and taken off the ventilator this week (Sept. 10). The family asks that you please pray and leave words of encouragement on this page and to please abstain from visiting David in the hospital for now.
